Then the head returns in 3/4 with a coda.

Actually, this is how Bill Evans played Emily.

He played the head in A major. Then he soloed in G major and continued with the head in G major.

The chart's pretty cluttered, as there's no way to indicate a modulation without copying out the whole tune again in the new key.
