1. Fire - Unknown Composer
2. Burning Love - Unknown Composer
3. Blue Moon of Kentucky - Unknown Composer
4. That's All Right Mama - Unknown Composer

3. American Trilogy How Great Thou Art Plus Ending - Unknown Composer

"American Trilogy" does not contain "How Great Thou Art" in any version I can identify anywhere. "American Trilogy" concludes with an excerpt from the African-American Spiritual "All My Trials" before going to the ending.

"How Great Thou Art", on the other hand, is a Swedish-American church hymn.

What do you mean by referencing "How Great Thou Art" in this context?

1. American Trilogy Dixie - Unknown Composer
2. American Trilogy Glory Glory - Unknown Composer
3. American Trilogy How Great Thou Art Plus Ending - Unknown Composer

Furthermore, "Dixie" is attributed to Daniel Emmett.
The title of the song incorporated in the middle is not entitled "Glory Glory". The name of the song is "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" and the composer is Julia Ward Howe, to a folk tune.

The arranger for this "trilogy" is Mickey Newbury.
