Write a chart and start with just two chords V & I. eg. G7 & C
Use bar repeats to make a 4 or 8 bar repeating sequence.
Use the Practice feature to change the key up or down 6 semi-tones each time your sequence repeats.
Start with the jazz - long notes style.
Next,
Add the ii to your sequence. ii V I. eg. Dm7 G7 C.
Then,
Combine the two sequences.
Try I vi ii V. C Am Dm7 G7
Repeat the sequence substituting IV for the ii. F instead of Dm7.
Change instruments and styles.
Try it with Embellished Chords on and off.
Try changing the time signature.
Can you hear/feel where the player is going to go next?
