Download failure - can't open charts

Can anyone advise me? I am a new user/member but I can't download ANY tune with this app. I am logged in but no matter which song title or list I click on, I get the same message:

‘Safari can’t open the specified address. Safari can’t open “file name/address” because macOS doesn’t recognize Internet Address starting with “irealb” '.

Perhaps I am doing something stupid. If I am, it isn't obvious to me. So far, I do not find iReal Pro to be intuitive at all.

You could try a restart of your computer just to clear anything that might have got corrupted, then get back to us directly. Thank you.
 
I have done all that, thanks. Doesn‘t make any difference. I can‘t download any title from any forum.

Please confirm that you can view and play any one of the 50 "exercise" charts that are included in the app.

The problem has been resolved at Support. (iReal Pro needed on the same computer).

My question was actually a "sideways" way to see if the app was installed...I had guessed NOT.

So the moral to the story is...
To use iReal pro charts and download content from the Forums, you MUST have the iReal pro app installed on the device you are using.

Hope this is helpful to the next user.

I assume you have iReal Pro installed on your Mac for it to import into?
Are you using Safari?
Is it just this one song or for all songs and playlists you have tried?
