Implemented Custom reference/start note for singing

It would be extremely helpful to be able to set a custom note or possibly even a specific chord voicing that plays during the count in so you can start singing songs that don't begin on the tonic.

Choose the "Keynote" sound for the click in the Mixer and you'll hear the key note of the song during count in:
