Chords in incorrect or wrong place

wishing to edit a "jazz-piece" I wrote it in a new score
but Ireal tell me
Impossible to play measure n. 9 ( i.e.) 'cause incorrect position of chords
is there anybody that could gently to explain
note: the score is 4/4 so I suppose to put the chords in place 1 or 2 or 3 or 4
do I suppose correctly?

sorry I put the question in the "wrong place"
the right place is in OS X 'cause I use IReal with Mac Book Pro
anyway the answer should be the same ?
