Chord type request

Could it be possible to add the following chord: minor7th13
I'm trying to get that sound: A G C E F#, or simply G C E F# (which is a C triad with a #4)
The closest I could get with the existing chords in iReal is by using the 7sus,add3 type, but that's not exactly the same sound.
In that case I would use a D7sus,add3, but I would need the E note instead of the D note.
This type of chord is often used in modern jazz and also jazz fusion.

Even though ♯9♭13 is enharmonic to ♯5♯9, it doesn't look the same when shared to students. Any chance of getting ♯9♭13 recognized by the application?

Since the b9,b13 is available, there's no reason for not having #9,b13.
However, the scale that is usually used with such chord is the altered scale or super locrian (the 5th is either sharp or flat or both). No natural 5th, so #5 makes more sense than b13
