I’m hoping someone can help with the structure of this one. I can’t figure out an arrangement of segnos etc that make this work. Here’s what the form of the song should be (using the rehearsal marks from my chart):
Head is A, B, C with first ending, A
Solo over repeats of B and C with second ending
On final repeat into head reprise use first ending of section C
Head reprise: same as head
Coda
I tried making section A an intro section and using DC but I couldn’t get the repeats to only go to the second ending of C. I tried giving up on the solos repeating via the player and just putting a repeat 4x in the second ending but the player didn’t seem to handle that.
Would love some feedback, even about ways to notate the chart even if playback doesn’t necessarily work.
