Can't input email for export

I have looked on the forum for answers as to how to inter your email address so you can export files to email. What I have seen is that you go to the settings. The symbol looks like a gear. I don't have that in my menu. I have a thing that looks like a snowflake. When I tap that it goes to the Hub and has a button for Settings. However there is no choice to inter email in the settings or any other choices.

Am I missing something.

Unless I missed something that did not help. When I go to the hub and hit back up it still wants me to put an email in my settings.
 
When I go to IRB hub-utilities-backup, a ready-to-send email that contains all my backed-up irb files is generated. It uses the email account that I have designated as primary in my iPad's global settings. Have you added an email account(s) in your device's (not irb) settings?
On my iPad it's under settings-mail.
