Can't find instrument mixer Mac v.20251205

Santa was very kind, so, now 'm a macbook newbie.
I'm blaming myself first for not being able to find the mixer feature in the player. Maybe there's a trackpad gesture I'm not using?
The help section shows the look and locations I'm familiar with when using my ipad, iphone, or the Windows bluestacks emulator.
but after searching the forums and the help manual, I cannot find the mixer feature in the current mac version.
