Here's the arrangement I did for my restaurant gig. My settings are Medium Swing at 112. (Sorry the chart's a little too squeezy for reading, but I had to make it fit on my iPod.)
This is an arrangement of Canadian Sunset that tries to approximate the original on the head, but have a jazz feel on the solos.
It's impossible to notate in iReal Pro the bass ostinato that is the trademark sound of this tune, so I have only suggested it. Pianists can play the ostinato in the left hand over what I've laid down. You can hear it on the original: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BJE6hwRpOc
The tune is in Swing Two-Four. It's in two whenever the bass plays the ostinato, in four on the rest of the head, and in four on the solos.
