Backup >emailed> wouldn't open

With Ireal pro on my mac i saved a backup to my desktop then emailed it to my iPod touch that I had just deleted everything on .
it downloaded with mail on the iPod touch as a zip file 4.4MB titled 01-14-14.irb and i selected open in ireal pro.
A box in Ireal Pro said the file could not be opened?

Am I doing something wrong?
This an an older iPod touch using IOS 6.1.5 model MC544LL/A

Do not save it as a .zip file.
File>Backup (as a .html) file and email this format file.

That did it

I got all the songs on the iPod.

The playlists are in the email but they did no load.
Any way to load all the playlists at once or do you have to do them all individually ?

Tap on them one-by-one for now.
We are working on a complete importing method which will restore songs and playlists in one.
