Back up not working

Using iPhone 6S Plus. Ever since upgrade can’t backup playlists. Cannot do full backups. Anyone else experiencing this?

What happens when you tap on Backup and you want to email it?
Make sure you have AirTurn OFF since it disables the keyboard pop-up window in Mail app.

Just check the phone itself is able to email in and out and is connecting to internet.
Are you using Apple Mail app for normal emailing?

In iReal Pro, is the forums window is active (it should be if you have internet connectivity) and does the email prepare itself with the backup and you can address the email?
What happens when you press Send? Is it stuck in your Outbox?

Is the upgrade you refer to, iReal Pro updating (from which version to which version) or your OS?
If your OS, there might be settings to check to make sure it is connecting and your email settings (SMTP) are all working correctly (they should be, but probably need checking).

I am referring to the iReal book upgrade.
Yes I was connected to WiFi at home and accessing the forums. Still can’t back up.

Does the email come up within iReal Pro?
is the problem, when you tap Send? it does nothing with the email screen remaining? or does it look like it sends because the email send window disappears?
You have checked Airturn is off?

We have tested this on 6S plus and there are no known problems.

Disable AirTurn Support under More/AirTurn.

If it is locked on, you probably have Bluetooth off. Turn on Bluetooth (temporarily) (it’s in Settings), then turn off Airturn (then Bluetooth).
