As I understand it, emulator programs like Bluestacks and DuOS make a PC appear to be an android device so they can purchase apps from the Google play store and run them in an android-like environment.

As updates become available for the iRp android app, you can get the update at the Google play store. Just use your installed android emulator and the same account username, password you used to purchase the iRp app. )BOB
As Bob said, yes. The Google app store is either within the environment by default or is installed (assuming it is needed) after installing the emulator. Then it functions as normal.
