"All Or Nothing At All" was composed by Arthur Altman with lyrics by Jack Lawrence, not by Cole Porter. However, it is a great tune. It was released in 1939 and is musically interesting. It has a 64-bar AABA form instead of the usual 32 bars, and the bridge in in a key unrelated to the original tonic. In addition, the A sections begin in the relative minor and end in the relative major key, whereas the bridge begins in its own relative major and ends in its own relative minor key. All told, pretty unique!
