Adding melodies to charts

Hi all

I assume the "no melody" thing is due to copyright issues?

That means we can't post a chart with a melody. If that's the reason, I understand.

However does your editing facility allow me to use the chord chart and add add the melody for my own use?

yes.
There is no stave for notation currently.
Some are using the Rousseau method as a way to at least have pitches of the melody. There are a number of different threads on this if you run a Search. Here is one of them:

Others are using a PDF viewer app with either the chart from iReal Pro as PDF (you add text, lyrics etc. to the PDF) or PDFs of your existing charts (from Real books etc.) and if you need iReal Pro backing, this can be run in the background.
