    Olé - Freddie Redd

It looks to me as if the second chord going into the second ending should be G7, not C7.

Things Are So Pretty in the Spring - Hank Jones

Nice chart. Thanks. There's a typo in bar 30. The E^7#9 should be Eb7#9. Cheers, Jer

As Time Goes By - Herman Hupfeld

    That's a nice chart, Ray. I especially like Db13 D7#5 Eb69.

My Girl's Pussy - Harry Roy

Here's the problem, Bob — or part of it. The email link "View This Thread" goes only to the one post it references. It doesn't show the whole thread, so a previous post (which in this case held the iReal Pro link to the tune) is not shown. And iReal Pro email links to my Firefox browser...

Rgjazz, If you intended to share an iReal Pro chord chart here you haven't succeeded. Cheers, Jer

Let's get lost - Jimmy McHugh

Bob, for some reason (since the upgrade) my Firefox browser doesn't like some of the links on this website. They open fine in Safari.

On my way home - Maurice Brown

23dbaum, Thanks for the chart. It says "Medium Swing," but your style is "Pop-Smooth." These should be the same. I would check the chord qualities for consistency. On line one Db is a triad and Eb7 is dominant. On line three Db7 is dominant and Eb is a triad. Shouldn't both lines match...

    Tempo change within a song...

You can change the time, say 4/4 to 3/4, etc. And you can change the harmonic rhythm by spacing the chords differently. But the pulse will always be the same.

    Toy - Clifford Jordan

The tune Toy was actually composed by Clifford Jordan, not Bill Evans.

automatically generating chord charts with melody-numbers

wfessler, Many thanks for the info. This program looks pretty useful. The program has a couple of glitches. Notice that in the example on the website the program mistakenly translates "add9" as "b9," and "add11" as "#11." In the examples that you give, what is the purpose of the @ signs? Now...

The Boy’s Night Out - Jimmy Van Heusen

Bob, If there's only one chord in the next measure it plays okay. If there is more than one chord, on my system, Mac OS Catalina, I get a "cannot play" error message with the number of the offending measure. Cheers, Jer...

The Boy’s Night Out - Jimmy Van Heusen

Bob, Here's an example altered from one of your examples where leaving the first beat blank results in an error. That's why I think it's best to avoid it. Bar Repeat Signs, Slash, N-C- - Example 1 - Example Cheers, Jer

The Boy’s Night Out - Jimmy Van Heusen

Pupino, A couple of tips. If the first beat of a measure is left blank it can cause playback problems. If you want the previous chord to play on the first beat of the new measure, rewrite the chord or put in a slash (/). If you want no chord to play, put in the No Chord abbreviation (N.C.)...
