There is nothing built in to iReal Pro to export multiple audio files as a batch process sorry. If you have a Mac with iReal Pro (I surmise from your previous information you do not) you might be able to create a script to do this.

You should be able to run a filter in your notation software (after Select All), then either filter for the chord symbols (then copy/paste into another song form) or select the "B" notes and delete. Does this make sense? What software are you using?
