    iReal Pro to OnSong?

I think Keith has already answered your question (almost) in the previous thread you posted: (Quote) Try this: after setting the playback of your track to your liking, including using the iReal Pro mixer, touch the Share button, and touch Share Audio from the drop-down menu and then select the...

    Exporting MIDI--especially drums

Well, it will take some time but with patience you should be able to achieve good results. First you need a sampler in your DAW. Start with an empty sampler then start loading 1 shot samples of basic kit sounds like kick, snare and ride cymbal and map them to the same locations as the iReal Pro...

    iReal Style Co-operative..?

Hi Keith, thanks for your thoughts. I don't doubt that creating an 'app ready' style is a complicated process and as far as the algorithms are concerned, yes, that's a job for the developers, to get the styles working in a psuedo-intelligent way within the app. What I'm suggesting is that...

    iReal Style Co-operative..?

After reading through some of the threads on this forum it became clear that many users would like to be able to make their own styles for the app. I understand that incorporating a style editor into the app would entail a lot of work so I was wondering if their could be another approach...

    Exporting MIDI--especially drums

My feeling is that it would be better to build a dedicated sampler instrument that corresponds to the iReal Pro map using sounds that are similar rather than trying to map the notes to an existing GM kit. My question to Massimo is: Do any or all of the sounds in iReal Pro use velocity layers?

I'm not totally sure but I think the new styles have to be purchased from the store.

    How to change chord symbols?

Hi Grinsor, Yes you can do all of these things! Just tap the chord chart and you will see a few symbols at the top of the screen. Tap the 'pencil' symbol and a menu appears. Tap 'Edit' and the Edit keyboard appears. Now simply select any chord you wish to change (a grey box appears on the chord...

Version 6.0 for iOS has been released

Yes that works perfectly now, thank you Massimo! I've 'purchased' everything for all my 'old' devices so now at least I have the best possible version of the app that I can have. I feel sorry that some of your users are being left behind now but understand your situation and of course we won't...

Version 6.0 for iOS has been released

Thanks Massimo, I'm sure a lot of users with older devices will be very happy about that. How do we get the styles for free? When I go to the store from within the app, all the styles, chord scales and guitar/piano chords are still advertised with a price tag... Regards

Version 6.0 for iOS has been released

@Dale Mac The existing style packs (not the new ones) are now included free in the latest version. I was simply asking if users who can't upgrade could at least 'purchase' the 'old' style packs for free now. That seems like a fair request to me.

Version 6.0 for iOS has been released

Yes me too! I've been happily using iReal Pro on my iPhone 3GS and now can't upgrade to the new version because it can only be installed on iOS 7 + devices. Very disappointed about that! Can those of us who can't afford to buy a new device at least download the existing style packs for free...
