how To transfer backup from computer to phone?

Hi! Im new and i need help
I made a backup archive on mi computer and i want to upload it in my smartphone app, how can i do this! does anyone can help me?

This answer applies if you are using the android iRp app on your computer with Bluestacks or another android emulator.

In Bluestacks get a Google Drive account/app from the google play store.
Save your backup there.

Using the same Google Drive account, open it using your phone.

You should be able to download the stored backup to iRp on your phone.

I got a backup file in HTML, but i cant restore it in my android.... does anyone can help me?
