I just posted the tune with title from the real book. I didn't know it had bad implications. Also didn't realize someone posted it, but unfortunately it's just a portion of the tune, so my version includes the intro.
 
Why did you start with B instead of A after the intro?

Well, technically the intro is the A section, but because it never comes back, I just labeled it as Intro, then the B section. I checked that video you posted. I don't think my version fits that at all heh. I really just made it exactly like the Real Book Sixth Edition chord for chord. I kind of had issues with the d.s. al coda though. I'm new to posting/creating charts.

Technically the intro is.....wait for it.... the intro.
Use the IN rehearsal mark.
The IN mark tells the player to "play once at the start"

The repeating form starts at letter A. It's the A in AABA...(for example)
