transfer iRp created tune to another iRp computer (same person)

I created a IRP tune on my iMac and now want to put it into IRP on my Mac Pro laptop. There are no specific (detailed) instructions that I can find in support on how to do this. I saved the tune (chart) into an html file using the share function and emailed it to myself. Now I want to import the file. How is this done????

Open the email on your laptop then drag and drop the iReal Pro file on the iReal Pro App icon in the dock.
These instructions are for a backup file but they are the same for a song or playlist.

You could also post your chart in a sandbox thread. Then download it from the sandbox on your other device.
