It's a nice chart, but if you don't want the Verse to repeat with each repeat of the Refrain you can mark the Verse "V" or "in" (for "Intro") rather than with "A" and "B" sections.

Here is a chart I use from one of the Aebersold volumes featuring strings; you can hear the melody a bit more succinctly with these changes than the existing version on the jazz list, I think.
