This has the correct intro and outro chords. I'm pretty sure about the rest too. The format is tricky (but that's what you get with brilliant song writers).

Nice chart thanks for posting. Just a few changes. The Db in the beginning is a Db6 and at the end it's a Dbmaj7. Not a Dbo7

It's best to post corrections as a corrected importable chart.
That way only one person (you) needs to edit the chart (once) instead of everyone.....
