couldn't find this anywhere so I thought it could be nice to have it easily available.

As usual it's not great to play along but you have the chord if you need them.

Thanks for your post.
If you intend the form to be AABA or AAB (?) there needs to be repeat bars places correctly.
Also, I don't ubderstand your use of the coda signs.

it is a AABA, the problem is that there's not enough space. The intention of the coda sign is to indicate that after the B you have to run another A.

For AABA FORMS, It's certainly ok to put a final A-section at the end of the chart (if there's enough space).
Another acceptable way is "D.C. al fine"
Here are the edits I made according to our posting conventions:

--added the (necessary) repeat bar-signs to direct the player to play the form as you intend. (AABA w/1st&2nd endings)
--placed AABA at the top to inform the musician (not necessary, but sometimes helpful)
--added the coda to end the song on the Fmaj7 the FINAL time.
(there are other ways as well, but this is clear to both the player-feature and the musician)
--moved the repeat-measure symbols to the 2nd space (so they will appear centered in the 4-space measure)
note: empty measures are ignored and skipped by the player.
The instruction, obbligato is not commonly used (here) and sometimes has different and contradictory meanings.

not sure to understand what is the discriminant factor.

iReal was developed in single-page format so a musician could have basic, instantly transposable charts for thousands of jazz tunes in their pocket on an iPhone. Later, the player feature was added for practicing.

Now many are using the (excellent) player as gig-tracks. It's often quite a challenge to >squeeze< a complex arrangement or very long piece onto the single page.

Musicians still using the app on their phone as originally designed may have trouble reading tiny, over-crowded arrangements.
Then the iPad came along making it easier for some.

There's often a conflict between having a readable chart for the musician and a chart designed to be detailed instructions for the player-feature.

When playing an AABA tune (in an ensemble) sometimes the 3rd A is (accidentally) thought by someone to be the 1st A.
Ah, live music...
Your chart might reduce confusion because the whole form is written out.
I tend to prefer simple/readable "phone-compatible" charts.
Options are good to have.

Man, there's lots of cross-over between genres. You'll find Jobim tunes posted in both forums. No reason why not.
Searching by title or composer is easy. I don't see a problem if a song happens to be posted in both forums.
Good music is where you find it...
