Reinstall iRealPro in my new phonme

I purchased some months ago iRealPro and ran it in my old mobile phone Samsung Android... Recently I purchase a new mobile phone (also Samsung Android...). How can I do to install iRealPro in my new mobile without paying again for a new iRealPro licence ? I recently sent a mail to support@irealpro.com including a receipt of the purchase but I still did not receive any answer. Any other solution ? Thank you.

Clearing the caches can often work (presumably reestablishing the Play store with your account purchases and your device.)
And rebooting can help.
