After the second ending I inserted a ds al Coda. I marked the ds and I marked the coda. However the song jumps to the coda the first time it gets to the sign. What have I done wrong?

The Coda symbol is behaving as it is supposed to.
"Jump from the 1st coda sign to the 2nd on the final form repeat."
Since the player is set to 1x, the first time IS the final time.
