I like practicing II-V phrases in all keys. The II-V7-I-VI7 progression is a great tool for this. And the iRealB app is the best tool I've come across in years for improv practice. I love that you can focus an exercise like this in one key, then change it to another key. And come to the forums and create a new progression to work on. Great stuff guys!
