How to download on a Windows laptop?

Hi, I have a windows laptop, and installed successfully the ireal b app. Now, I wanted to download songs and whole playlists, but the message I get from my browser (firefox) is that this cannot be done, as "the protocol (irealbook) is not linked to a program". Can anyone advise what to do? Is the only way to get the songs to download them directly to my Ipod touch?

Connect your iPod Touch to the internet using wifi.
Go to https://forums.irealpro.com
Touch a song or playlist link
irealb will open and "download" the song/playlist.
