Ending a song with a single barline

Hi,

I'm splitting a song into two songs so I can print it as two pages, and I want to end the first song with a single bar line, but when I try to end the last system with a single bar line, the program automatically starts a new system with a single bar line. Is there a way to prevent this extra bar line from appearing?

A single-bar placed at the end of a system will automatically be repeated at the start of the following system.

If you shorten the last bar (or any preceding measure) by one space, thus ending the last system on the 15th space (or earlier), the single-bar will stand alone.
