Doesn't play

I loaded app on iphone 5, seems fine but when I go to play a song, the little wheel spins for brief minute and it doesn't play. The "process bar" I call it showing time played/time left doesn't move but pause button shows. Am I making sense? Is there any help, I presume this is something simple? I hope.

Try restarting the app, or restarting your iphone or reinstalling the app.

If you reinstall the app, make sure you backup (More>Backup) your songs and playlists (although if they are just downloads from the forum you can do this again without the backup.)

(Also, what happens if you tap the Pause button, does play start?)
