Assign music tracks?

This is my first post here...
A question:
I would like to know if it's possible to load music mp3 and assign it to the irealb charts files, then listening those mp3 using the iPod player on iPad ?

You mean able to tag a chart with a track in your iPod app so it can be triggered within iReal b and play while viewing the chart?
No. But it is possible to have the iPod app playing in the background and switch to a chart in iReal b.

Other relevant information for anyone reading this thread, iReal b now supports export of audio (iOS4).
