Finale users will know it often takes awhile to layout a leadsheet.
I just tried importing an iReal mxl file into Finale and got a pretty good result.
It laid out the page nicely but the chord fonts are too small and light.

It is a while since I used Finale, but you should be able to change the chord letter font and its suffix to something better suited for your needs.

and although it refers to a old version of Finale (for Windows), they are there in my Finale 25 (Mac) so it should work.
