I wrote Db were you use a C#maj7. To my ears it sounds better without the maj7. I tried to capture the characteristic piano lick with the add9 chords.

Here is a version with the right chords, the right form and number of measures, and correct repeats. I left out most add9s, etc to leave it to the piano players discretion. John Legend doesn't play the same tensions consistently throughout the song. Also sometimes he plays Dbmaj7 and sometimes just Dbmajor. All of Me - John Legend
