Adding Measures

I have 40-measure tune that I charted in a 48-measure template, and I now want to add a 16-measure intro. When I add the intro, the last 8 measures get cut off and the player won't play them because the template is only 48 measures. Anyone know how to fix that?

In the iRp single-page format the has to be a length limit.
There is a 13th line workaround, that might be of help.

If you post your chart (40 bars) and then the intro(16 bars) perhaps someone can offer specific suggestions.

48 measures would typically have 4 measures in a system (across). But you can often solve the problem with more measures in a system (check out the 96 template option). A barline can be added either left or right of any space the cursor is in. The player will understand the barline placements and staying within the 12 systems (at least currently) is recommended because that is the limit we have designed and tested for.
Have a look at Brazil (in the Jazz 1300) as an example.
