You need to have a wireless to wifi connection as the app checks the validity of your purchase 24h after the original purchase.
If the problem persists try uninstalling and re installing the app from the market.

I had the same problem with my Acer a500. Reboot the device while in a wifi signal and the try to relaunch the program.
