tempo change

I am brand new to iReal Pro and I have questions and need help.Is does not look like I can vary the tempo in certain parts of a song. Like maybe I want part A at 100 bpm and B at 85. Is there any way. I also tried using a Fermata symbol and thought that might extend a note in a measure but...

My playback as I cycle through a tune, starts off correctly and then begins increasing with each new cycle. It starts at 168 and on the 2nd cycle jumps to 180. 3rd cycle is 192, as so on. Does anyone know about this or how to fix this? I certainly seems like a bug.
