https://github.com/sciurius/perl-Data-iRealPro contains a cgi program that you can set up with a (local) web server. With FireFox browser, clicking on an iRP song will display it in a new browser window. It may take some fiddling to get going on Windows, though.

Not directly. You can export the playlist and use an external tool like irealcvt (https://metacpan.org/pod/Data::iRealPro) to produce a multi-page PDF from the playlist.

Deciding on a set of symbols is the easiest part. The hard part is to develop a way so that the symbols can be correctly placed over the bars and retain their positions regardless of platform, fonts and sizes.

When I visit a thread, I see non-zero views. But when I perform a search for new postings, all threads seem to have a zero in the views column.

I find it puzzling that postings without views do have replies. See screenshot. Maybe the tallying of views is off?

Unfortunately, lyrics usually more horizontal space than chords. iRealPro provides max. 16 chord 'cells' per line. Usually there are 4 cells per measure. So either the lyrics of some measures will overlap with other lyrics, or you need to make the measures very wide (taking up more cells)...

I don't know for the iPad, but on Android the export to Image option was removed lately, and restored a couple of releases later due to customer demand.

AFAIK, iRP makes a screen dump of the tablet/phone so the dimensions correspond to the screen dimensions. Probably the best option is to export an image (JPG, not PDF), then manually widen (stretch) it using some image editor, and then create a PDF of the widened image. Note that everything will...
