johand,
Your chart is incomplete. Here's a new chart. It needs some explanation.
The tune structure is rhythmically complex, and iReal Pro doesn't have a direct way to deal with it, so I've used a couple of work-arounds.
I've put the time in Swing Two/Four. The timing built into that mode is...
Maxwaltman,
Yes, it is an interesting sound. A small caveat is that it's the only one of its kind in the tune. Are there other places where you might do something similar?

This is my Jazz Latin Swing version of this beautiful theme from Gladiator.
The head uses straight ahead triads, while for the solos I put more color in the chords.

The repeat sign at the top of the...
This tune should not be confused with the Frank Sinatra tune with the same title by Jimmy Van Heusen and Sammy Cahn. The latter is incorrectly included in the Real Book III list here instead of the correct Fraser tune.
The Fraser tune is on YouTube.
High Hopes (Fraser) - Bob Fraser

I've arranged a jazz version of this beautiful traditional Scottish tune.
Wild Mountain Thyme-Rev JE - Traditional

Edit: Added lead sheet 6 Nov 2024.
This is my jazz version of Alfred Newman's romantic music to the 1937 movie Wuthering Heights. This main melody is also known as Cathy's Theme.
I have expanded what were sparse chord changes in the original.
Wuthering Heights (Cathy's Theme) -Rev JE - Alfred Newman

Edit...
I'm posting this here as a jazz version of the marvelous theme from this magnificent Sergio Leone epic. I've added a few harmonies.
