Hello, It's a known bug that happens when you load too many large playlists. A fix is on its way. In the meantime you can delete the app and reinstall it. You'll have to reimport the songs and delete the large playlists after importing (this will not delete the songs itself)

It's not something I'm aware of. iReal b doesn't need to be connected to the web and no other users have reported such issues. Maybe something to do with Amazon's App Store registration procedures? Try perhaps to reinstall the app and if that fails you should contact Amazon support.

There is no easy way to do this at present. The hard way is to make a backup from one of the devices, delete everything on another device and reimport fom the backup. We are hoping to implement iCloud synchronization at some point.

Hi Bob, Sorry about the inconvenience. On the iPad you can only delete songs when they are in view unfortunately. If you can email me the faulty song code I'll have a fix that doesn't crash in the next update so you can delete it. Use the support email address found in Hub -> Support in iReal b

You need to use some other application that works as a guitar amp, that also is compatible with apogee jam and that offers background audio. The only one I tested is Ampkit but I'm sure there are other ones. You need to follow the same instructions provided for iRig in the settings of iReal b.

There are often problems with the Android Market that are beyond our control. You don't need to be online at all times but the Android Market will check that the order is still valid every few months. Sometimes just restarting the device will fix the problem. Make sure your order went though OK...

I have been investigating this bug for months but I am still not able to reproduce it reliably, and therefore I haven't been able to fix the issue. If you find the exact steps you take to make the search bar disappear please let me know. The search continues.

Have you checked the status of your order? The Android Market is buggy like this. SOmetimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If the order is OK, what I can do is to cancel and refund your order and have you purchase the app again. Let me know at support @ irealb.com Massimo.
