All Of Me - Gerald Marks-Seymour Simons

Nice history thank you… Not sure I care for that E-7b5 at the end. Which reminds me does anyone know if the play along chords roam outside of the cord written? For example, here, the second chord E7 can utilize a lot of scales like A harmonic minor (b9b13) just for fun..which is why I argue...

    Chord symbols

Yes, I’m one of those that insists on only using the triangle.… In school I was taught to not use triangles because back then most charts were handwritten and the thought was that a triangle was too easily confused with a circle or a diminished cord. Of course we don’t have that problem now. I...

    Choro - Brasil

I’m just getting into this music. Now that we have the Brazilian grooves I’m curious as to which one do you like to use for Choro? I’m hoping they can add a Choro groove in the future and hopefully get a good pandeiro sound/groove

    Brazilian Choro

I’m really loving the new Brazilian Rhythm tracks but Choro would be great to add. Not sure it’s possible, but it would be great to have a 7 string guitar, cavaquinho, accordion, Mandolin, and for Drums a pandeiro would be crucial to get the groove right.

    Gypsy Jazz

Django fake book charts are important and the way it needs to be with charts that relate to fake books. Generally, when you see DFB next to a chart, you know that this will have the same arrangement and chords as the book. Manny situations only one musician ,The one playing the melody will...

Save Playback Settings with Song - safe from overwriting by import or other work

I’m confused, but I guess these other guys know what you’re talking about? My playback settings always stay the same unless I change them then they stay at the setting that I change them to I think what you want is to have several versions of the same song? Just duplicate the song and Write in...

This is an old topic… There are workarounds. I think there are some threads where you can find the workarounds but you have to do it yourself, and you cannot share to the forums if it is copyrighted

Please go all the way - Eric Carmen

Surprised this song is not here. It’s been in a few movies.Dark Shadows,Tim Burton and recently Guardians of the Galaxy . I’m not completely happy with the chart but it’s pretty close. Not sure I’m gonna finish it so I’m putting it up as is. I think after the coda it goes up and repeats the...

Chord changes on half beats/up beats

So making eight edit points didn’t seem to work to get the upbeat , but if you just want it on the downbeat of beat 4 that works, but then it plays the downbeat of beat 1 in the next bar . I don’t think that’s what you want. We want to be able to tie The two chords So you can get it to sound...

Chord changes on half beats/up beats

I tried this with sugar, but it didn’t really work. I made stretched the bar to give it eight edit points instead of just four. Theoretically giving you the upbeat. I’m not familiar with the chart really or these changes so not sure exactly what you’re going for but maybe you can use this...

    Film Music

Interesting… So you’d probably never use this chart for a live performance ? maybe solo piano? But it does work as a play along although the settings weren’t working for me looks like you had it set for long notes, but I had to change to Piano in the instruments And then it was a little bit too...

    Chances Are - Stillman-Allen

You can fix stuff forever I noticed to my eyes I like to see first and second endings when possible, so I added those and change the augmented chords… But as it is now, people should be able to tweak it to theirliking.Chances Are 1 - Stillman, Allan

    Chances Are - Stillman-Allen

Chances Are 1 - Stillman, Allan This cleans up Dave’s chart . It was great at playing the form with the DS and Coda but was not in Johnnys key. Chords are close, good enough. I fixed the double bars ,added the A A B A markings and put in the 4/4 at the top It should be good to go.

    Chances Are - Stillman-Allen

Quick note… The song starts on the 4 chord . So if the melody starts on an E chord then it is in the key of B
