Player settings and transposition settings are independent for each playlist and for the main song list.
If you change the settings of a song in a playlist they will be saved in conjunction with that playlist but not in the main list.

You say that you have bluetooth on, do you have any devices connected? Can you try and turn it off?
You don't happen to be in NY by any chance? I'd like to diagnose your device directly.

I haven't been able to reproduce the strange behavior on any of my devices.
Is there anything set to something other than default on your iPhone?
Anything you can think of. Keyboard settings. Bluetooth... Anything at...
If you are on iOS or Mac you can easily do an intro by starting playback from the last 4 or 8 bars. Choose your measure and tap and hold on iOS or double click on Mac.
Did access the forums from your device directly (not from a computer)?
Did you use the second post (Android specific) in the jazz 1200 Standards thread?
Did you try using a different browser like Opera?
When you press the edit button one of the options is Duplicate.
There is no 11/4, you'll have to write one bar in 6/4 and one in 5/4 or whatever other combination you prefer.

With Background Audio turned ON, it works for me and as I understand everybody else.
Try perhaps restarting your device.
Perhaps you have other apps open that are using the audio function?
