Okay, I fixed the problem. I don't know why but if you remove the letter "V" at the bottom then the intro works as expected. I was using the "V" as a label for a tag at the end of the piece. But, I guess "V" is for something else?

The search bar is missing for me as well. Sometimes the search bar is there - and at other times the search bar is missing. Seems like this problem has been ongoing for over a decade.
