I have 3 different charts of this tune. There is no C-7+5. It is either C-7(b5), B13/D# or F7(+9), depending on whose chart you're looking at. The Hal Leonard might be a misprint.

You can put 4 chords in a bar, not just 2.

It's just a blues in F. Just google for the melody.

You can even hear the bassist playing the +11 (or flat 5) on the G7 chord.

The reason I posted was because some of the chords won't fit the melody. i.e., The se ond chord has to be G7+11, not G7.

In order to keep your songs in the proper order then, why not put the parentheses after the title. Joy!

Do you absolutely need the words in parentheses? I know some songs like that and there's no need to put them in the title.
