It would be helpful if you included a time signature. Your credit for songwriter is incorrect (Eddie Harris only), and according to the Sher Music score I have, there are only four chords in this song (unless this is a different version other than Eddie Harris' you are transcribing).
Thought I may as well throw my arrangement out there. Much thanks to dashow2000 for making it easy on me; I just piggybacked off of his work.
Town Without Pity (GH3K) - Tiomkin & Washington
One time I met a musician who had the Tom Jobim Songbook published in Brazil, and I photocopied some of his charts.
Here's a chart I just made for "A Felicidade" which I converted to acoustic bossa style.
A Felicidade -- Jobim Songbook - Antonio-Carlos Jobim
The existing chart for ALONG CAME BETTY on the Jazz list leaves out the D section which was on the original LP release of this tune ("Moanin'" album by Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers).
The Sher Music version contains this extra section, so I've designated it that way (SM).

Out of This World - Harold Arlen is missing four bars on second ending, and tries to repeat first ending for third, but in so doing, cuts out four bars.
Corrected using Sher Music changes:
Out Of This World -- SM - Harold Arlen
I was going through the extant version, playing the melody on my guitar, and noticed that it had some missing bars and no third ending (it tries to repeat the first ending for third, but if you do that, you expunge four bars).
So here's a corrected chart utilizing the changes from Sher Music's...
OK, you were right about the tempo, CyrilleB. You just had the time signature off a little; it's in 6/8 all the way through. See what you think of this version:
We Are The Champions - GH3K - Freddie Mercury (Queen)
I can see most of your points as reasonable; I used the arrangement I had transcribed for my band, mostly because this Delfonics song is not particularly well known
(unlike, for example, the Carpenters' version of "Close to You" which I also did a chart for this weekend); in those instances...
This is what I come up with, but admittedly having to switch to a rock beat just to get the accented upbeats in bar 11 is kind of a disappointing trade-off.
CyrilleB, please don't take this personally. I agree with your reason 3 wholeheartedly with regard to structure, and reason four as well...
This is kind of a hybrid arrangement of my own based on the Carpenters' hit recording with a little bit of help from the Sher Music score.
Close To You - GH3K - Bacharach, David
Equinox - Sher Music 2 - John Coltrane
The existing version only charts the solo section; this version contains the entire song.
I noticed a couple of other errors in the transcription of the "Sher Music" version I posted, so I corrected these and renamed this revision Sher Music 2
Good catch, Cyrille; thanks very much. I just edited that modification you suggested in, and it does sound closer to the recording.
Have you taken the survey for what new features you would like to see the irp programmers work on? It's on a sticky thread somewhere around here, and I'm sure...
