You might want to check this. It's supposed to be 12 bar blues in the A section. I think you're missing a measure before the first repeat. It should go to the five dominant (G7 in key of C) in that missing measure, then back to the root for 1/2 a measure before the turnaround. There are lots ways to do the turnaround. This one works. Another suggestion would be Eb dominant -> Ab dom -> Db dom (tritone).
