Writing out a progression in all keys is a good exercise in itself.
Be sure to check out the practice setting (gradation hat icon).
It will automatically shift/transpose your chart (or looped section) up or down the interval you choose each cycle.
You can write just one short sequence and automatically step up or down through all 12 keys.
Remember to turn practice mode OFF when done using it.

Bebop Practice with Tritone Substitution - 12 Keys
- Tom G.

This is basically a 4-bar ii-V-I exercise in all 12 keys with a #I7 substituted for the V chord.
Hi.
helpful hint - there's a ton of stuff like that here already - browse more, download more, people have uploaded exercises for years (and yes, all kinds of II-V's...).

More meaningfully - technically speaking, the correct harmonic function name for the substitution chord would be IIb7,
Here's why:
the II (SUBDOMINANT family) pushes harmonically to the V - DOMINANT - which in turn pushes to the TONIC.
By substituting the DOMINANT, you should still have a chord that is different from the TONIC because a chord doesn't push to itself.
Ergo, II-IIb-I (though of course enharmonic considerations are always valid).
Plus, from a playing perspective, it's easier/more musical to think of/consider a different chord for a resolution (DOM -> TON).

Happy music!
