I can't get the player to substitute and A section a Maj third higher in the last time chorus. I have used a coda at the end of the Bridge and at the beginning of the new (last) A, but the player doesn't get it. The song is "Almost Like Being in Love" in C

I would post the chart but haven't yet worked out how to do that
