It is my understanding that the Player is supposed to detect the tie signature change. So when I do 6/8 and I leave 4 spaces it still plays 4/4 time. I tied changing it to 2 spaces and it just plays a march. It would be too cumbersome leaving 6 spaces, then it would be 6/4, instead of 6/8. How...
