Palmer has been teaching and performing in Seattle for over 15 years. She has written a guitar method book series called, "The Guitar Lesson Companion," and she is the guitar instructor at Seattle University. She also created and teaches a summer workshop at Cornish College of the Arts called, "The Rock Project."
